UK Deliveries

All of our orders that are received before 4pm will be dispatched the same day. all orders within the UK will be shipped with Express Couriers.

Orders to Northern Ireland and Scotland, may take longer to be delivered.

The sample orders will also be dispatching the same day, if you have submitted your order before 4pm.

All orders will be dispatched once clear funds have been received. 

International Deliveries

The price of shipping for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on where you live.

Our shipping cart will automatically deduct the 20% UK VAT at checkout.

All international orders may have an added import fee and duty when the order is received. You will have to pay this fee yourself. The courier company will contact you directly for any import fee and duty amount due.

Track Your Order

 You will receive a tracking number via email or alternatively you can log into your user account in our website and get your orders tracking number there.

Refund policy

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

  • Our dispatch team will check each box before sending out. However sometimes packages can be damaged or lost during postage. This is out of our control.
  • Please check your parcel immediately after receiving and please notify the wood panel customer service team within 48hrs.
  • In the occasion where you are unsatisfied, have changed your mind or would like to return part of your order we have a 14 day return policy. Please contact the wood panel customer service team to obtain the RMA (Return Merchants Authorisation) number.
  • All returns must be in a re-sellable condition and original packaging.
  • The item must not be previously installed or cut in anyway.
  • Returns will only be processed with a valid RMA number, please make sure you mention the RMA number on the return packaging.
  • Sample orders are none-refundable.
  • Returns due to the colour of the product being different to the image on our website will not be accepted as this may be result of:
  • Colours may vary slightly from photos due to lighting conditions
  • Your screen/monitor brightness, hue and saturation settings
  • Each batch of wood may be slightly different to the ones on our website.
  • We highly recommend you buy the samples of the same colour before purchasing full size panels.
